Shipping & Order FAQs
Shipping Availability, Process and Timeline | Shipping is available to locations within the United States of America only. For all other locations, please contact hello@whitneyleeana.com for a custom quote. Once placed, orders may take 3-5 weeks to process as they are made to order. As soon as an order has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent along with a tracking number. |
Couriers | All orders are shipped using FedEx. |
Shipping Cost | Shipping is free for orders within the United States. |
Packaging | Prints are rolled in a neutral pH translucent paper, reinforced with bubble wrap, and boxed for secure shipment. Paper pieces are secured in a plastic sleeve, reinforced with hard cardboard on both sides and boxed for secure shipment. Canvas pieces are protected with a neutral pH translucent paper, reinforced with cardboard and bubble wrap, and boxed for secure shipment. |
Returns/Exchanges | Each piece is created by hand and is one-of-a-kind. As such, all pieces and prints sold are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. |
Damaged Orders | All work is quality checked and packaged with the utmost care before shipping. However, if you find that your order is damaged when it arrives, reach out to hello@whitneyleeana.com. Please include your name, contact information, order number, and a description and photos of the damage in the email. The damage will be assessed and a solution provided to you as soon as possible. |
Lost Orders | Once your order has shipped, please reach out to the courier for further shipping updates. In the event your order is lost during shipping, send an email to hello@whitneyleeana.com with your name, contact information, order number, and an explanation of the issue. |
Replacements | As each art piece and print is one-of-a-kind, exact replacements are not available for lost or damaged orders. However, a piece of your choosing (equalling the same or up to 20% in higher value to the original purchased work) may be offered as a replacement. Replacement pieces will be sent within 3-5 business days from receipt of the original piece. A tracking number will be provided via email once the new order has shipped. |
Gifting | Gift cards are available for purchase. Purchase a gift card here. Gift receipts and wrapping are available upon request at no additional cost. Invoices can be removed from shipments, and a personalized note from the sender added to the order. If you would like gift wrapping, to remove the invoice from the package or include a personalized message, please be sure to indicate this after placing your order by emailing hello@whitneyleeana.com with your full name, contact information, order number, and request. |
