Love. Dignity. Autonomy.

"Devotion" reclaims the power, impudence, and shamelessness of the nude female form. Conceived through a desire to challenge texts from Corinthians  — which describes a woman’s body as something we lack authority over, something unholy, ungodly, unnatural, and irreligious — “Devotion” reframes our view of the Black female figure and displays it in an unapologetically autonomous and sacred way.
